I reached out to them at a point in my life when I desperately needed help and structure to get back into exercise. From the moment I started, I was welcomed with genuine care and given a program tailored to my needs and abilities. The community Sadie has built with Goddesslife is amazing and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of it. It’s such a positive, uplifting space. I’ve only been going for nine months, but the progress I’ve made is astonishing, I’m so proud of my journey so far. I feel stronger, more energetic, and I never thought I’d fall in love with weightlifting, but here I am!
