Nicole Ng Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.

Katy B I can always find jewellery I love, or gifts for those I care about. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and help narrow down based on criteria - eg event or price. Im a regular visitor, the the service is consistently wonderful. Donna in particular has been fabulous.

Helen Kontis I have been going to Aurea Designs for years, and I have always left feeling delighted with their work. Jim and Danny are truly the best in the business. The quality of their designs and the craftsmanship of the jewellery, along with their exceptional customer service, are unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Karen VS A really great beginner jewellery making class, highly recommend. Sarah was very accommodating providing us with choices of location. We selected Philip Island because we were a group with international visitors and were visiting for penguin parade. Sarah has a kind and calm presence and was flexible with timing and totally fine when we were running late on the drive down. The class was fun and very easy to pick up as beginners. She helped make sure we could all make what we wanted and adjusted tools and techniques to ensure success. We were all incredibly happy with the rings we made and she also provided step by step instructions in a pdf after to help us remember the full process. Incredibly enjoyable and great class. 10/10!
