Theres lots of Lovisa stores in MC so just hope you know which branch im talking about—i went to a Lovisa store holding a Fluttershy plush (from Miniso) and one of the staff went out of the counter and tapped my shoulder, complimenting my plush! We talked about My Little Pony for a good three minutes before she was escorted back to the counter. LOVED that interaction so much! If i see her again, i could say hi!

5 /5 Karla Chilli: I was assisted by Mawdy as I was looking for certain style and would like it in gold and in silver. She tried her best to look for the closest and gave me suggestions. They didnt have what I wanted but i am very happy with the service. Good job girl.

1 /5 Cristian Vargas: Store on Melbourne Central level 1: AVOID IT. As customer, received a rude service from the manager. Came in Thursday for a piercing promo (2, one hole for me and one for my friend) and the sales lady on the counter that day said she wasn’t able do it because she was alone and the person in charge of the procedure wasn’t available late, so she told us to come on weekend. Came on Sunday, 11 am, and out of nowhere the manager said their policies doesn’t allow to pierce two different people when the lady on the counter said otherwise on Thursday and even said we can come in during the weekend. The attitude of the manager was upsetting, disrespectful and she only was trying to find out who was the lady who told us to come today. No solution AT ALL, she said she’d charge us 60 for a promo that is 25 per person A COMPLETE NONSENSE! And then came with a promo of singles that was 30 each but said that earrings were out of stock so we must came back another day during the week…so she thinks I have all the time available to came here at the day or moment she wants??? I don’t know who is the one that doesn’t know where t f they are standing. If you don’t have the right information and the skills to manage customer service with a simple enquire, you shouldn’t be at a counter. That person was just trying to give the most ridiculous and contradictory excuses she was able to create. Don’t lose your time here, it’s better to walk a little bit more and find a store where you can receive consistent information and a manager capable of keep the words of their team and understand the enquiries.

1 /5 Priyam Nain: Both the reception ladies service is poor. One of them at counter was at billing & also very slow as 9-10 people were in queue for just 1-2 items . Another lady was more interested in taking pictures of the displayed stock and constantly rudely asking few clients to move away from there while they were checking out the stuff to buy. I love the brand and its other outlets but the staff here is pathetic.
