Everyone who trains at Uplift are incredibly friendly people! The coaches adapted my program to address injuries i sustained along the way which significantly accelerated my recovery the right way. The team at Absolute are professional coaches and great people. Viking Training - VIC

Launa Liu Im usually quite shy when it comes to fitness, but Josh is great at making me feel comfortable and helping me build on my goals without feeling any judgement (especially since Im kind of a total beginner). Great at communicating, and working together to meet my personal health needs. Highly recommend this guy. Cant wait to train after the lockdown and thanks for everything!!
