Karin Schwarz Curves Ferntree Gully is a great way to exercise and get fit. Lovely bunch of ladies; coaches and patrons alike!. Always time for a chat or just workout hard. And you can join in the circuit whenever it suits you, no timetables or overfilled classes. And there is always a coach there to motivate and help you reach your goal. Highly recommend you try it out if your not already doing Curves!

Melissa Stowers I could never imagine my life without Karen & her Pilates classes!!! Well over a year now I’ve been going, and I look forward to every single class! Not only do I feel physically stronger, but I feel mentally stronger as well. All the ladies who attend are so lovely and everyone feels completely comfortable! The programs are great, tailored for your needs and goals, and with enough variety to keep it interesting. The intensives are an opportunity to challenge yourself more or try something new.
