Zoya Martin I can’t talk highly enough of Tempo!! After attending many different studios, I have found that both Tempo’s classes and instructors (specifically Sandy) are challenging, fun and engaging. I always leave feeling like a million bucks (tired) and never regret a class! Both studios are equally as beautiful and the perfect place for your Reformer classes!! It helps that the owner is lovely too!! Highly recommend!

King Tracey (TK) I signed up for a 6 week pass at Wave having never done reformer pilates before. Natalie and Andrea were so welcoming and knowledgeable and guided me beautifully through my first few sessions. I have never felt so energised after exercise and would walk home feeling somehow taller than when I went in! Ive now returned to the UK and havent found anywhere that comes close to this studio. Its a gem - friendly, fun, energising but calming and great value for money. Thank you both :)
