Nicole was extremely helpful and patient with me as she helped me make a decision about earrings . She made suggestions and she showed me a variety of options . She was not at all pushy or forceful and she listened to my description of both girls personalities so she could get an insight into what they might like . Rachel Lindsay I cried when I opened it. Its exactly what I needed (as you can see). It is best for earrings with backs, but I made it work for my other ones also. LOOK AT THEM ALL. Its like art now Its hard to stand up, does tend to topple over but I have it against another decorative plate and it looks gorgeous
