Chris Hung I was recommended by my son to see Jake after I injured my ankle and knee. Jake reviewed my MRI and US reports and set about developing a set of exercises to focus on rebuilding strength due to my injuries. Each visit Jake would review my progress and progressively increase and/or change the exercises. At first there was small progress but after a few weeks the progress increased at a rapid rate with Jakes help and advice. I highly recommend the team and certainly thanks to Jake, I have full mobility and increased strength than before. I need to stay discipled with the exercise routine.

Vida Pilates - VIC

Vanessa SA Brand new pilates studio located right next to Rockdale Station. The trainers are very experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming. What I love the most about it is that this is not one of those studios that put 15-20 people in a room and give the the same exercises to everyone, Vida Pilates classes are basically private and customised according to my needs. Not to mention that Val is a super kind and accomodating person and the sense of community there is fantastic!

Coaching Simplified - VIC

Chloe C I’ve been training with Yani for about two years, and she has completely changed my life. When I first started, I was inconsistent, but with her support I’ve become active and genuinely love training now. With Yani’s help, I’ve lost around 8 kg, built healthy habits, and achieved things I never thought I could — like completing a 14 km run, competing in a powerlifting competition. Yani is firm when she needs to be, but always supportive and knowledgeable. Yani is also an incredible athlete herself, which makes her such an inspiring role model. I’m truly grateful to have her in my life and for the positive changes she’s helped me make. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Bonnie Nicholls Joining House of Movement has been the best decision for my body and mind. The instructors make you feel comfortable no matter your level, and the classes are always different and challenging in the best way. Such a positive community and so much love and enjoyment. The space itself looks and feels incredible and beautiful, which adds an extra sparkle
