Lauren T Terrible experience with this company. Made an order to support an Australian business despite being able to purchase the same product elsewhere for 25% of the price.Shipping time frame given 3-5 days. Day 6 no shipping info called customer service was told items not in stock, that happens but no communication. Call goes.on all items in stock except 1, great can you send overnight? Sure they tell me but its Friday so you will recieve Monday or Tuesday, no problem. Tuesday comes still no package and no shipping info. Call again, items shipped today. Question if overnight shipped was told no. Questioned why not shipped Friday as promised, was told due to no stock. Advised I was told all in stock except one item, was told I was wrong and misunderstood and only 3 items of 7 have been sent. At this point I was done. Questioned why this is now my fault, why the poor communication and why item stock has changed, why not sent when promised. Requested refund and clearly provided all the reasons this was unacceptable as a wholesaler to businesss. Recieved a text apology the next day including a we hope you order again. Not a chance poor communication on all levels. I recommend you purchase elsewhere.

Did I have stern words with the sales rep, yes, only after he told me I misunderstood previous communication and attempted to blame me for the issues. Zero communication was initiated by the business until after I requested a refund at which time they sent the below msg (direct copy and paste)

Lisa T Ive been purchasing my stock from Beauty Warehouse for over 6 years now, and I cant recommend them enough!
The customer service is outstanding; the staff are always friendly and eager to help. They offer great prices, easy communication.
Ive especially appreciated how they assist with holding stock when they can for me and ensuring that I get exactly what I need. If youre in the beauty industry, this is definitely the place to go for all your supplies!
