Emily Had an amazing experience at the De’Nelle Salon. My partner and I came for a couples facial and it was fantastic. The entire place was peaceful, clean and the epitome of relaxation. It was like second nature to feel comfortable in the salon. The staff are very professional, friendly and warm as well. The jojoba cleanser is fantastic at removing makeup, especially eye makeup. The facial treatments are better than any day spa facials I’ve ever had. Why have I told you this… Well not only have all my treatments with Julia resulted in visually fabulous eyebrows- I have not suffered skin irrational at all. (Which I used to suffer in the past.) I highly recommend J Parlour - especially for anyone who has sensitive skin. There is a great selection of treatments and convenient opening hours that support busy lifestyles. I walk in looking a mess- yet walk out with wonderful brows- magic.

JD H The reviews on Google seem to be exaggerated and do not reflect my experience. One of Julia’s staff lacked the necessary knowledge and insight for performing a lash lift. This treatment is overpriced for the area, and if something goes wrong, Julia will just blame the condition of your lashes—thick or weak—as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Additionally, their email responses are incredibly slow, and all you hear is “Sorry, I’ve been busy catching up with clients,” as if I’m not a client as well. I will definitely be avoiding this place for lash lifts in the future to save myself time, money, and energy.

Vanessa Toutounji I had a lot of misgivings about cosmetic tattooing however I can honestly say that my lip blush tattoo is one of the best things I have done. It has given me so much confidence and I no longer wear lipstick and have to worry about smudging or reapplying, just a bit of lip balm for moisturizer and they look perfect! Sep took the time to talk me through the procedure and help me pick the right colour for my skin tone. I can also say that surprisingly it was not painful, she uses numbing cream that removes any discomfort.This should last approx 3 years. So happy with the results!

Z E Update: I’ve added another photo of my eyebrow 5 months later. Don’t waste your money and time. I informed her that my eyebrows are uneven and look very faded. You can see the difference between the tattoo and the eyebrow which never happened at Lana Tarek where I used to get it done. I tried Lashkani as the price was more affordable at $500. When I sent her the photos she told me that is her standard of work and I would have to pay to have it redone. Response: you mentioned in passing at the start of our session “I hope you don’t need another session” you didn’t mention that I would have to pay full price for the session. Then you started crying and I felt extremely uncomfortable seeing as my baby at home was only 7 months old and it was hard for me to get 3 hours to come have this service done and you started crying and carrying on. What would have been professional was for you to cancel the appointment if you weren’t feeling up for it. It was not mentioned on your booking form that I would have to pay for a full second session if the colour wasn’t good enough. You said the brows were good when I left : no, when you finished I told you they are too thick at the top, you added too much tattoo above my normal brow and you said it’s the right size for my face. 1 week later I sent you photos that they had already faded and you said it’s too early to tell. You have been unprofessional and greedy this entire process and I can’t believe you feel that your behaviour is acceptable or that your work is of a high standard.

Sandra Daniel This woman should not be allowed to work on people’s faces. I have never in my life felt so dismissed, disrespected, and outright damaged by someone who claims to be a professional. After receiving a lip blush treatment, I was left with a permanent white patch, uneven results, and two full weeks off work due to the aftermath. I followed every single instruction she gave me, messaged her during healing, and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt—but what I got in return was nothing but copy-paste responses and robotic, heartless excuses. She keeps repeating the same scripted garbage about “cold sores” as if that somehow excuses the damage she did to my lips. This isn’t about a cold sore. It’s about the fact that she has zero empathy, takes no accountability, and clearly doesn’t care about the emotional or financial impact her work has on her clients. Not once did she offer a free touch-up, a partial refund, or even a sincere apology. Just more robotic responses about how this is “normal” and part of the “process.” Meanwhile, I’m stuck with permanent facial damage, loss of income, and a brand-new insecurity I never had before. Do NOT go to this woman. She does not care about her clients, their results, or the consequences of her actions. She will happily take your money and leave you to deal with the aftermath alone.

She was so caring and gentle asking me how I would like my massage she had a soft voice, and I was so relaxed and comfortable that I actually fell asleep for a little bit. It was so beautiful I appreciated my facial and my massage, and I certainly would recommend anyone to go there to have such a pleasurable treatment And the products are amazing. The technician who did my pedicure didn’t take the time to check the length of my toenails while cutting them, resulting in an uneven mix of square and rectangular shapes. When using the drill to remove my gel polish, the process was quite painful—despite me expressing discomfort, I was told that’s just how it’s done. On a positive note, they did have a beautiful selection of polish colors. However, time management seemed to be an issue, as several customers (myself included) were left waiting much longer than expected.

Ish 9 business days since my order was placed and I’ve received two emails stating that my order is processing and will get shipped within 5 business days. If it wasn’t so hilarious at how incompetent this is, I’d be truly angry. E-commerce is clearly not your thing judging by how many other people are experiencing the same thing. Spend less time copy pasting generic ChatGPT customer service responses and focus more on shipping customer’s products within the timeframe that you’ve advertised.

Lizzy Not a happy customer!! I will never be ordering from this business again. As their costumer service is very unprofessional. This was my first time shopping at Catwalk because they had a good deal on the shampoo and conditioner I use, I placed an order, which took 10 days to dispatch and a further 10 days to be delivered to me. I wrote an email after 4 days of not hearing anything from then about when my products will be sent, I got a very blasé answer. it does not take 10 days to put 4 bottles in a box and ship them.

penny walker I have spent the last week contacting this company who made the mistake of sending me an order I cancelled in a timely fashion before it even began to process. Last Monday morning (8 days ago) I successfully cancelled the order over the phone and the young lady was very reassuring that everything was done correctly and she would process a refund and immediately cancel the order. Five days later I receive notification that the order is now being packed, then that it is being shipped, and then of course today I receive notification that It has in fact arrived while I am away overseas. At every step of these notifications I kept calling them to alert them and that they told me it was all cancelled and they kept saying not to worry and my refund was on the way. Now their story has totally changed that they cannot possibly refund me yet as the parcel has arrived. Withholding the money when they were notified in the correct timeframe actually goes against consumer law and they are pushing ahead with this despite my alerting them. I would never deal with this company again and I am posting this review so other people know what they are dealing with. The worst customer service I have ever come across! I have been made to feel to be in the wrong through the whole process despite them continually acknowledging that the problem is theirs, but their hands are tied. It has completely ruined the first week of my holiday as I have had to spend so much time emailing, and trying to help them correct their mistake mistakes in so many way Yet they still kept making the mistakes and sent the items.

Helen Schmid I went to Trendy nail salon mid December 2024, it had no other customers at the time, so I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. The owner who did my nails was on her phone for the entire time and was not paying attention to what she was doing to my nails. My nails were damaged and are still not back to normal . The ridges she created when using her drill around my cuticles. See photos , the first shot taken early January, the second photo of my nails growing out, damage still evident Feb 7th 2025. I was charged $76.00 for shellac on my toes only and no nail varnish on my fingernails. I went back to show her the damage she had done and she didn’t care at all. I won’t be going there again due to terrible service and the damage done to my nails Helen

Karyna Tracey The worst nails service I’ve been in my life. Not delicate, Very aggressive with the nail file, she filed the skin on side of my nail and its bleeding and painful I never come back.

Carolin Zoccali I arrived at the nail salon today. It was really quiet, and nobody was working except for one lady. I really love to support local businesses. However this lady, wanted to charge me $115 for shellac mani and pedi and toddler nails. Extremely confused as the price list states it’s $75, I was really unsure where an additional $40 was coming from. She wanted to charge me extra for removing my nail polish, (I did not have any acrylics). After I confronted her about the price, she would only negotiate down to $90. Which I accepted as my daughter was $5, however I am still confused on why I was still charged an additional $10 for myself. She watched her tv show whilst doing my nails the whole time, it took over 2 hours! I truly don’t recommend this place.
