Jae 15 My new go to nail salon! I’m not from the area, but will now be coming each month to get my nails done here. The ladies are lovely! The communication with what the customer is after and to deliver that exactly is amazing. I got builder gel (the gel bottle) on my natural nails. Love the product and the application was brilliant. The lady really took her time and made sure it was all perfect. I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Didn’t need to worry about being in pain or discomfort at all. Prices are also great. Super happy with my experience and look forward to getting them done again next month!

From the very first consultation, they took the time to accurately assess my skin type and tone to ensure the best settings for optimal results, even though I had been doing treatments at another clinic for two years. Ansel Not your average massage place! Came in for a 60 minute Muscle Ease service, but was surprised by the atmosphere, attention to detail, and inclusions. The vibe is great before you even open the door, but I was lead to a private change and locker room and provided a gown, and had the tea room to myself to sit down, have a cuppa and meditate. Service from Val was excellent, consent forward, great communication, head to toe. When I say ambience, I mean ambience. Candles, chill tunes, scents, and straight up vibes. Fellas, do yourself a favour and take a self-care day. Men deserve to be pampered too. -Lane

Elisabeth Rossitto I have been coming here for 8 years! Ive had massages, pedicures, and laser treatments. I especially love the vibe and experience they offer. Sitting in the tea room relaxing before treatments is one of my favourite parts. I have always enjoyed the services and the warm welcome from staff. I am 5 sessions in to my laser hair removal and really happy with the results so far. I highly recommend Spa Nirvana!

Marie Ponte Nails always on point! The range of nail colour options are at least double what I’ve seen in any other salon. This is my 6th visit and I’ve never had a chip or breakage. The quality of products used are definitely of the best! And can’t complain about being offered a bottle of water or glass of champagne!!

Natalia Skolarikis Consistently poor polish work. I have been here three times now and every single time my shellac polish chips within 4 days of getting my nails done (which never happens to me when I go to other places). I got my nails done on Thursday for a wedding and by Saturday I had major chipping on 3 nails. They also alter the price depending on how they feel. I know this because last time I went I got acrylic refill with shellac French tip and paid $70 and this past week I got the exact same thing and got charged $80. I really wanted to love this place because it’s convenient, their shaping work is great and they are open every day but it’s honestly not worth it.

The ladies always take such good care of me from the moment I walk through the door through to the treatment which is extremely personable and tailored to what my body needs. Bee was hands down phenomenal at what she does and I didn’t want the massage to end. I booked in a 45 min custom and she really ensured she made it worth every minute. Klee Trask Every single time I’ve come and shopped at the store the service is just absolutely disappointing every single time I feel like the staff really need to take into consideration the customers wants and needs and listen to them. They obviously have sales targets (which is normal a lot of places do) but all they want to do is push you to buy other things or their brand products. My previous experience with the older lady with short black hair was absolutely horrendous my partner wanted to buy a foil head for his foil that he’s got at home and she persisted to show him entire brand-new foils to buy obviously not caring about his wants no needs just wanting a sale. He would go to ask her a question and she would talk over him and then show him another product she recommends whilst she’s over talking him he’s trying to tell her multiple times he does not want the full foil. Just the head attachment !!!!! I think the fact that she wasn’t understanding that all we want was the head attachment not the entire thing was just the reason we walked out that day because you know you’re not listening to what we are actually in your store shopping for. Had she had politely acknowledge that potentially they don’t sell that product however what they can recommend is this product the scenario would’ve been different. Today I thought I’d give the store benefit of the doubt and see if anything is changed as I haven’t Shopped here in a long time due to the previous experience . I found a toner that I really liked the colour of today and wanted the exact colour. instantly I was pointed in the direction For another brand and a totally different product which is what I was not looking for had I had not known I would’ve been turned into buying something that had Peroxide in Which is what I was not looking for hence why I went for the one that I picked up. Just overall I feel like the service here is very disappointing the staff are sitting there playing on their phones Hair salon ladies seem lovely and actually look like they care about your needs. The sales staff are there to make budget they don’t care about your wants your needs or your concerns. I think there Was a lady working today with long black hair I overheard a discussion with a client and she really seemed like she was listening to the customers concerns so I feel like there may be that one percent of staff That is there to genuinely help.

Raq H DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was so disappointed. The 1st lady did my facial waxing and HURT me non stop!!! She had no idea what she was doing. She missed half the hair and was slowly pulling off the wax instead of quickly removing it. She ended up having to go back over the hair as I was not happy! I was supposed to get my eyebrows waxed but I was to terrified to have her and hot was near my eyes. There was wax absolutely everywhere, I got my legs waxed because I was desperate and the girl swore at me in Hindi when I asked her if she would like me to lay on my tummy to make it easier for her! It cost me $90 for a full face wax and half leg! What a joke! DO NOT go here unless you want a bad job, waste of money and extreme pain! If I could give it zero stars I would. Disgusting! I definitely won’t be back!

JENNIFER HILLS I have been going here for a couple of years now. Always been happy, although sometimes i think because i am old and my eyebrows are quite fine they dont really care. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I went today and there was no other customers. The women was on her phone, quickly did my threading and tinting. The fastest they have ever been done. Then got back on her phone. When the timer went off she stayed on her phone talking as she wiped the tint off quickly. Shoved the mirror in my hand while she was still on the phone. Eyebrows are ok, but not as good as usual. Stayed on her phone as i was paying. So rude. Very unprofessional.

jessica Eyebrow threading and waxing was good. However the eyelash extensions were placed unevenly and gave severe discomfort to the eyes. They were $100 and ended up having to remove them in less than a week elsewhere in which they had said they were placed too close which caused my discomfort. First day I got the lashes done I woke up the next morning with a puffy red eye. As well as this when I had to remove them due to discomfort a lot of my natural eyelashes had fallen out as they were placed too close. Threading and waxing 4/5 stars however the eyelash extensions are not very good at all don’t recommended 1/5.

Alexia Jean Very disappointing experience I walked into Laser Clinics Australia Airport West to enquire about their services, but was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude from the front desk staff. The woman at the counter, Martha, was dismissive and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking basic questions. First impressions matter, and this interaction left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely reconsidering where I choose to go for treatment.

My laser therapist, Alyssa, is a very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable worker who demonstrates expertise in her field of work. Her coverage with the laser beam is exceptionally thorough, ensuring she zaps from every angle so that no areas are missed. Alyssa not only performs treatments to a very high standard, but is also committed to ensuring that client results are maintained. She does this by recommending and thoroughly explaining aftercare strategies, in order to enhance long-term outcomes. Alyssa is not just a ‘zapper’, but is someone who really knows her stuff! She describes her work in detail and readily answers any questions clients may have. Alyssa is also a very accomodating, amicable and lovely person who always greets you with a smile and initiates and engages in conversation, to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking laser hair reduction/removal treatments with outstanding results!

Dee Arslan I have been a loyal client for many years and was extremely satisfied until now. Early last year I purchased and 4 a session package, knowing I only attend once every six months now to maintain the laser hair removal the ladies at the counter didnt advise me the packages expire within a year. Only recently did I receive an email to say my sessions expire next month, I still have 2 sessions to go. When I contacted customer care they were not polite nor were they willing the help me out when I asked for an extension on the time. However they are very happy to take the money that I have already spent there. In addition I have contacted the email address provided by you on another review platform and yet again no one has responded. It seems when customers have a problem your customers service is non- existent.

Maffi Sánchez This in Indian women are very unprofessional, I had a confirmed appointment today to get my lashes extensions done and when got there they said my appointment was not in their system and the girl doing lashes was not working today. They also put a sign to pay cash only on the weekends so customers must pay cash. Don’t go this place if you value your time.

Rakesh Kaushik I had a hair cut and it was a disgusting experience. Because I was of Indian origin I was badly treated by these 3 Asian women from South-east. My hair cut was done against my directions and when I complained, all the three ladies started to abuse. They used very abusive and vulgar language like f..k off. Dont recommend to any person from Indian origin.

M S I wish I had read the reviews before cutting my daughters hair. I just wanted a simple trim. The lady didnt even wet her hair, she sprayed on some conditioner and barely brushed it. She took all of 5 minutes and we were done. I didnt think to check it while we were there, then later noticed her hair was uneven. I returned and showed her but she said its meant to be like that and it was even. It was longer on either end and shorter in the middle. I dont know in which country that is considered straight but she was rude, so I just left and fixed it at home for her. Definitely wont be returning to this place ever!

Laura McKerracher Went in for a trim for my daughters. (4 years old) as my regular hairdresser is hard to get into. My first daughter was done within 1 minute then they are willing to take $20 for what didnt even look like a simple trim. What a joke of a salon. Dont waste your time or $$

Bahar Godbole Some staff members are rude and disrespectful. We only used to go there for my little sons haircut as he was comfortable with the same person doing his haircut for 2-3 times in a row. So we asked if she was available, the other staff lady replied arrogantly and told us to come back another day when she would be available. We will Never go back there again.

marc kearney I have been going to these guys for 5 years. I usually get my haircut done every fortnight and every time i go its always a great experience. The girls there are very friendly, nice, they make you laugh, they make you welcome. My favorite is the Asian Filipino lady that cuts my hair. She has a beautiful smile and always greets me and always makes me feel welcome, she even asks how my day is going, Its rare to get that type of treatment these days so this is why i love going to this place, not only that she makes me laugh and she does a fantastic job cutting my hair. shes always spot on. the place is very friendly. i would recommend it to a lot of people. Its worth a shot for sure.

Maeve Cox I came in on Thursday 21st November for SNS, the ladies were lovely it was VERY quiet, which was great! Nails looked great when I left, however was forced to pay cash so had to go and get cash. Within 1 week, I have 3 cracked nails, 2 have peeled and I now have to go and spend more money again elsewhere to get a full new set, my nails always last 3-4 weeks. I come in frequently for pedicures, but I will no longer be coming at all I am so disappointed :(

Maya ryan Would vote zero if possible. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. I was charged $85 for a basic French tip set, which is outrageous, especially considering some of my friends have gotten the exact same nails for much less at this same place. What’s worse is that they didn’t give me a chance to look over or understand the pricing before they started working on my nails. Once they started, I felt trapped and taken advantage of. This kind of inconsistent and unclear pricing is unacceptable. If you value transparency, fairness, and not getting ripped off, I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Minna Nasbeh It’s disgusting how dirty that place is ,benches chairs and tables ,you can tell most of her nail polish bottles are expired . Very bad attitude ,the lady said you can wait for 10 min ,made me wait for 30 min and she wasn’t even ready . She said there’s no box to choose colour or else will be 40$in place of 20 $ If you aren’t willing to pay you can choose from the wall . I wonder how people even trust a dirty place like that to do work on their hand .

Abbey I visited recently for a pedicure and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The technician was extremely rough during the service, to the point where she caused bleeding on one of my toes. The nail polish applied looked noticeably different from the color I had originally selected, and when I politely asked to change it, the technician seemed visibly frustrated and passed me off to another staff member to complete the service. The overall shaping of the nails was also quite average and not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, throughout my visit, several staff members were conversing in another language in a way that made me feel excluded and uncomfortable as a customer. I understand and respect the use of different languages, but in a professional setting, it’s important to ensure all clients feel welcome and included. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and disheartened, which is unfortunate given the time, money, and trust I had placed in this appointment.
